Rosemary is an attractive evergreen shrub with pine needle-like leaves which succeeds best in a light, rather dry soil, and in a sheltered situation, such as the base of a low wall with a south aspect.Rosemary makes a pleasant-tasting tea. Use one teaspoon of crushed dried leaves in a cup of boiling water and steep for ten minutes. |

Pieris Forest Flame is sometimes known as lily-of-the-valley shrub because of its similar clusters of white spring flowers. The fiery red young foliage of this upright, evergreen shrub gives it the forest flame title.As with most "japonicas", it prefers a lime free acid soil or ericaceous compost ( always in stock ) We also stock a variety of differant Pieris such as little heath. |
